· Under the supervision of attending physicians, general responsibilities of the

Resident may include:

Ø Initial and ongoing assessment of patient’s medical, physical, and psychosocial status

Ø Performing history and physical examination

Ø Developing assessment and treatment plan

Ø Performing rounds along with resident or other senior doctor leads in the department

Ø Recording progress notes

Ø Ordering tests, examinations, medications, and therapies

Ø Interpreting results of tests

Ø Arranging for discharge and after care

Ø Documentation of admission notes, progress notes, procedure notes, discharge summaries and any other clinical documentation as required.

Ø Providing patient education and counseling on health status, test results, disease processes, and discharge planning.

Qualification- MBBS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹660,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
