Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the FinTech, Banking, Insurance, or Payments domain and possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, and modern frontend technologies. You will be responsible for developing enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java Full Stack applications.
- Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with React.js or Angular applications.
- Design and optimize relational databases.
- Develop event-driven applications using messaging systems.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot applications on AWS.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Monitor, optimize,



and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum workplace.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience in the FinTech, Banking, Insurance, or Payments domain
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, REST APIs, React.js/Angular, MySQL/PostgreSQL, AWS, Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, JUnit, Mockito, and messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka/SQS/SNS).
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Preferred: Experience with Spring WebFlux, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Open Telemetry, and AI tools (GitHub Copilot/Claude).
