We are a steel forging company producing closed-die forged components (hammer and press forgings) for automotive, tractor, and industrial applications. We're looking for a Marketing Head to drive business growth — someone who understands the forging industry and can win, retain, and grow client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Business development: identify and pursue new clients (OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, exporters) for forged components
- Follow up consistently on enquiries, quotations, samples, and trial orders until conversion; maintain a live pipeline tracker
- Manage relationships with existing customers — regular visits, resolving issues, securing repeat and expanded orders
- Prepare and negotiate quotations with costing inputs from the plant (raw material, conversion cost, die cost)
- Coordinate with production and quality teams on delivery schedules, sample approvals (PPAP/ISIR where required), and customer complaints
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer audits




- Track competitor pricing, market trends, and raw material price movements; advise management on pricing strategy
- Report monthly on enquiries, conversions, order book, and receivables follow-up

Requirements

- Strong understanding of the forging business — die forging processes, steel grades, machining, and typical customer requirements
- Proven B2B sales/marketing experience, preferably in forgings, castings, auto components, or allied engineering industries
- Excellent follow-up discipline and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions
- Engineering background (Mechanical/Metallurgy) preferred; MBA a plus
- Experience level: versatile — capability and industry knowledge matter more than years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
