We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Visa Marketing Head to lead our marketing team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be able to develop marketing strategies, manage team performance, generate quality leads, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the marketing team.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for study visa and immigration services.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure targets are met.
- Train, motivate, and guide the marketing team.
- Manage social media marketing, digital campaigns, and brand promotion.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams to improve conversions.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the immigration or education industry.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
