Job Summary
VNR Seeds is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring white-collar, blue-collar, and contractual employees. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven experience in hiring white-collar, blue-collar, and contractual employees.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced workplace.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA in Human Resource Management (HR).
- 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Candidates with prior experience in the Seed Industry will be given preference.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve hiring targets.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies for contractual hiring requirements.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
