1. Job Objective-

- Generate NC Programs for Milling Parts for VMC, HMC, & CNC Machine

- To take ownership of the projects till their closure

- To make proper documents with all information for the operator.

- Resolve all programming-related queries from the shopfloor.

2. Primary responsibilities-

Strategic and planning

- Ready to take on new challenges to develop CNC programming through Mastercam for various requirements.

- Share lessons learnt from the task /projects with the team.

- Planning machining strategies to optimise machine utilisation, tool life & part cycle time.

Functional

Core:

- Generate NC Programs for Milling Parts for VMC, HMC & CNC Machine.

- Simulation of G-code program in Vericut/NC simul simulation software

- Knowledge of the machining process

- Ready to take on recent challenges to develop CNC programming through Mastercam for various requirements.

- Experience of proofing parts in a CNC machine





- Able to read G & M code.

- 5S, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 basic knowledge

- Good communication skills

- Mastercam Automation for improvement, reducing programming time.
