As a Check-in & Boarding Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and effective check-in and boarding process for our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, ensuring a friendly and professional service - Check passengers' travel documents and verify their identity - Weigh and tag luggage according to airline regulations - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and accurate check-in and boarding processes - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a calm and professional manner - Assist passengers with special needs or requests,
