What You Will Do

1. Capital Supply Strategy & Execution

- Identify and onboard new capital partners including banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders aligned with the organization’s lending strategy.
- Lead negotiations on commercial constructs such as FLDG (First Loss Default Guarantee) and distribution-only models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, legal, compliance, and finance to ensure all partnership structures are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business profitability goals.

2. Lender Management & Commercial Structuring

- Drive end-to-end commercial discussions with lending partners covering aspects like spread, risk-sharing, servicing frameworks, and payout mechanisms.
- Establish scalable frameworks for partner engagement, policy alignment, and compliance monitoring.
- Monitor and manage the health of the capital stack, identifying early warning signals and initiating corrective measures proactively.

3. Operational Excellence & Analytics

- Partner with operations,



BI, and tech teams to ensure a seamless lifecycle for lenders — from onboarding to disbursal and collections.
- Use strong analytical insights on unit economics, ROI, and cost structures to guide decision-making.
- Track and report key metrics including capital flow, portfolio yields, and cost of capital; identify inefficiencies or opportunities through funnel analysis.

4. Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership across partner institutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across product, risk, legal, and finance to align on objectives.
- Represent the organization in industry forums and events, enhancing visibility and fostering new capital relationships.
