Role Overview
The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to generate new business opportunities, develop strong industry connections, and bring projects to the company by identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Generate new business leads and bring projects for the company.
- Build industry networks and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and forecast revenue from potential clients.
- Monitor organizational growth and identify expansion opportunities.
- Strategize ways to reach and acquire new clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies focused on financial growth.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s services by addressing or anticipating clients’ objectives.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
- Generate leads and conduct cold calls with prospective clients.
- Meet with clients in person or via phone/video calls.
- Foster and develop strong client relationships.
- Think strategically by identifying long -term business opportunities and setting clear goals.
- Build and maintain long -term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor marketing budgets on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
- Proven sales track record in the film and media industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Strong time management and planning abilities.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development.
