Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing the end-to-end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals

• Leading a team of RM’s and CSM’s

• Market development by onboarding of current channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA’s and Connectors

• Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the under serviced segment leftover from banks

• Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction

• Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats

Requirements

Good Communication skills

Mandatory: Looking for only HL/Lap experience for minimum 3years in current company is a Must.

Qualification: Graduate (No education gaps or Open University graduation is acceptable. Minimum Graduation Mandatory).

Industry: Home Loans

Experience: 6 to 9 years (No career Gap, Gap between graduation/Post Graduation and first job will not be accepted)

Age: up to 32 years max (non negotiable)
