Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the boarding gate and check-in counter - Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures - Check-in passengers and their baggage, collect fees if applicable - Handle seat assignments and upgrades - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations - Process and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications:
