- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Node.js and related technologies.
- Lead, collaborate with, and support the team to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
- Take ownership of team-level decisions and provide technical direction.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and actively contribute to critical technical and architectural decisions.
- Design and deliver effective solutions for complex issues impacting the immediate team and broader organization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen their technical capabilities and overall performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
