Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver classroom and practical sessions on aviation, grooming, soft skills, and customer service

- Train students on safety protocols, airline procedures, and professional conduct

- Prepare training materials in line with industry and DGCA standards

- Conduct mock interviews, role-plays, and performance assessments

- Foster a disciplined and positive learning environment





- Coordinate with placement teams to prepare students for job opportunities

Desired Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline (aviation/hospitality background preferred)

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a trainer, cabin crew, or ground staff

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Passion for mentoring and training students

- Energetic, professional, and well-groomed
