Job Responsibilities:
Customers ko call karke pending EMI, loan aur payment dues ke baare me follow-up karna.
Payment reminders dena aur customers ko payment process samjhana.
Customer queries handle karna aur proper records maintain karna.
Daily follow-ups aur assigned targets complete karna.
Professional communication maintain karna.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
