- Job location @ Tambaram West, Chennai
- Any graduate with Excellent spoken and written English
- Customer service to Exporters and Importers and executing their shipments with on time miles stone update
- Communicating with our Overseas Agents and Clients about shipment developments step by step
- Working with International Logistics software with timely updates.
- Coordinating with our Vendors like transporter, Customs broker, etc and checking & verifying invoices.
- Freshers / 1-2 Years experience in any Industry in Customer Service / Operations.
