Job Summary:

The Closing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the real estate closing process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a robust leader who can guide a team, resolve complex issues, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction during critical transaction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the entire closing process for real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of closing coordinators and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Review and approve all closing documents, including settlement statements, deeds, loan documents, and title commitments, for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with clients, realtors, lenders,



attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely closings.
- Identify and resolve complex issues, discrepancies, and challenges that may arise during the closing process in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies and best practices to improve closing efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training, and perform performance evaluations for team members.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, reports, and databases related to all closing activities and transactions.
- Manage escrow accounts and ensure proper disbursement of funds post-closing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal changes, and technological advancements related to real estate closings.
