Role Overview

As an Admission Counsellor (Inside Sales), you will play a vital role in the student recruitment process. You will interact with prospective students, provide information about academic programs, and guide them through the entire admission process.

The role requires strong communication, counselling, and sales skills to convert student inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding UG & PG programs offered by the institution.

Guide students about courses, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.

Interact with students via data calling, online chat, and telephonic conversations.

Handle and resolve student queries and concerns effectively.

Convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments.

Maintain and update records of calls, leads, and student interactions.





Manage telephonic and walk-in counselling records daily.

Collect feedback from students and consolidate reports when required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Prior sales or counselling experience, preferably in the education sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Result-oriented mindset with strong lead conversion skills.

Preferred Skills

Education Sale/Course selling

Inside Sales / Tele-Counselling experience

Lead conversion ability

CRM handling experience

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
