About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures in Computer Science and related subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, academic materials, and evaluation methods
- Conduct internal assessments, exams, and grading as per university guidelines
- Guide students in academic projects, research work, and career development
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic performance reports
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Support institutional activities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences
- Ensure adherence to Anna University norms and academic standards
Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications
- Mandatory Qualification:
- M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Candidates with B.E / MCA / M.Sc alone are not eligible
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge can apply
- Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of core Computer Science subjects
- Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.)
- Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, etc.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills
