What we want:


We are seeking a strategic and relationship -driven Alliance Manager to lead the development and management of distributor partnerships. This role is critical to expanding our market reach, driving revenue growth, and establishing a strong ecosystem of distribution partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for building long -term partnerships.

What you will do:


• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributor partners aligned with company growth strategy and market expansion goals
•Develop and execute comprehensive distributor partnership agreements, including terms, margins, performance metrics, and exclusivity arrangements
•Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with distributor leadership, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.




•Establish performance metrics and KPIs for all distributors; monitor compliance with agreements and sales targets


•Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges


•Provide distributors with training, sales enablement materials, marketing support, and technical resources to maximize their effectiveness


•Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support


•Forecast distributor channel revenue and pipeline; develop action plans to achieve volume and revenue targets


•Manage partner lifecycle, including recruitment, development, performance management, and exit strategy when necessary


•Identify and resolve partner disputes, performance issues, and escalations quickly and professionally




Requirements

•7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management,



business development, or similar roles
•Proven track record of successfully recruiting, developing, and managing distributor or reseller channels
•Robust negotiation and contract management skills with ability to structure mutually beneficial partnerships
•Experience with P&L; responsibility and revenue forecasting in a channel/partnership context
•Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels
•Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross -functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams
•Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and attention to detail
•Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and channel management tools
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
•Experience managing distributed teams or multiple partners across different geographies
•Familiarity with specific industry/product category markets and distribution channels
•Experience with marketing development funds (MDF) and co -marketing initiative
