Job Description: As an Airport Ground Staff – Ticketing & Check-in, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include ticketing, check-in, and boarding assistance. You will also be responsible for handling any customer inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a smooth and effective check-in process. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter - Verify and issue tickets to passengers - Check and weigh baggage to ensure compliance with airline regulations - Assist passengers with special needs or requests - Handle any customer inquiries and resolve any issues - Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely boarding of passengers - Provide information on flight schedules, delays,
