About Role:

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our Global Sales Teams to
design, present, and help deliver cutting-edge AI-powered security products. These
include Red Teaming & Stress Testing of AI Applications & Models, AI-Powered
Phishing Mail Simulation,



and other next-generation AI solutions.
You will consult and advise potential clients on the best AI solutions for their needs,
participate in RFPs, proposals, client calls and meetings, and deliver compelling
presentations and demonstrations. You will also represent Globals at major
conferences and expos, and bring strong hands-on AI development skills to build, finetune, and customize solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Solution Design & Customization: Analyse customer requirements and design,
develop, and customize AI/ML solutions, creating proof-of-concepts and demos using
Python and modern AI frameworks.

- Pre-Sales Engagement: Collaborate with global sales teams on RFP responses,
proposals, and solution demonstrations.

- Client Advisory: Consult and recommend AI/LLM-based solutions from Globals for redteaming, stress testing, phishing simulations, and other AI-security challenges.

- Technical Presentations & Events: Deliver impactful demos and presentations to
executives and technical teams; represent Globals at industry conferences, expos, and
webinars.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, R&D;, and engineering
teams to ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, Scalability, and compliance standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML,



or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in AI solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or AI systems
consulting.

- Strong Python programming skills and proficiency in at least one modern AI/ML
framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

- Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, vector databases, and MLOps.

- Ability to build, fine-tune, and customize AI/LLM-based applications.

- Good to have: experience with red-teaming, stress testing, and vulnerability
assessments of AI models.

- Excellent communication skills for both executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success working on RFPs, proposals, and enterprise AI solutioning.
