The Opportunity


We're looking for someone who will own and elevate how GridRay shows up across every content surface — search, social, and the AI engines redefining how people find information. We're building content that doesn't just rank — it gets cited, recommended, and trusted by both people and AI engines. This is not a content execution role. This is a thinking role with execution responsibility.




What You Will Do




- Drive content strategy and creation across GridRay's digital presence.

- Build and own GridRay's voice on LinkedIn and social platforms

- Optimize content for AEO, GEO, and LLM -based discovery — understand how AI platforms retrieve, summarize, and attribute content, and continuously improve how GridRay shows up in those results.

- Identify high -impact query spaces and build content systems to win them at scale.

- Design repeatable content workflows that allow the team to ship high -quality content consistently.

- Ensure content is structured for model interpretation — schema, metadata, internal linking, and clear information hierarchy

- Build and own end -to -end funnel tracking — from first content touchpoint to platform sign -up. Set up full visibility across search, social, referral, and AI -driven traffic. Use that data to drive every content and optimization decision.

- Research, test,



and implement emerging tools and methods continuously

- Improve workflows through automation and AI integration




You're the right fit if:



- You stay ahead — you have a system for discovering what launched this week, not last quarter

- You experiment independently — you test tools, methods, and ideas without being asked

- You think in systems and workflows — not just individual pages or campaigns

- You understand the shift from search to AI discovery — and you're already acting on it

- You know the difference between content that reads well and content that gets found

- You've heard of AEO and GEO — and better yet, you've already tried something in that space

- You've set up or rebuilt tracking from scratch and understand the full funnel

- You track what happens after content is published — and use that data to decide what to create next




You're not the right fit if:



- You use AI to speed up old workflows instead of building new ones

- You need step -by -step instructions for every task

- The last tool you tested was 6 months ago

- You create content without caring what happens after it's published




Selection Process




Round 1 — Apply with three things:




Your work — share a live URL.



A page you optimized, content you created, a channel you manage. We'll look at it.


Your sources — what communities, newsletters, or channels do you follow to stay current on AI and SEO? Be specific.


Last experiment — one tool or method you tested recently and what you found.




Round 2 — Live task


A real brief. AI tools available. No right answer — we're evaluating how you think, how you work, and how sharp your output is.


Requirements
- Robust written English — clarity, structure, and a point of view

- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals — on -page, content structure, internal linking

- Understanding of AEO, GEO, and how AI engines discover and attribute content

- Experience setting up or managing tracking — Google Analytics, Search Console, or equivalent

- AI -native — uses AI as a core daily work tool, not occasionally

- Self -directed — researches, experiments, and learns without being told to

- Familiar with or willing to learn: GitHub, MS365, ZohoOne

- Freshers welcome — experience matters less than demonstrated ability
