We're hiring experienced Account Managers to manage and coordinate residential and commercial solar projects. You will ensure projects move smoothly through stages, troubleshoot issues, and work across departments to resolve bottlenecks.
- Oversee the daily progress of solar installation projects
- Identify and resolve delays or blockers in workflow
- Coordinate with different teams (design, permitting, operations)
- Monitor project timelines, updates, and customer expectations
- Use internal tools and project management portals to manage tasks
- Minimum 1–2 years of mangement experience in logistics, construction, or related fields
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- High-level comprehension and decision-making ability
- Not an IT/coding project manager — operational experience required
- Familiarity with portals and workflow tools
