The opportunity

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager, to join our office in Pune.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Create valuable and appealing content that attracts and converts our target groups
- Craft strategies that include Digital, Advertising, Communications, Brand collaterals and Creatives
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Prepare and observe the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Develop strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Build brand awareness and positioning
- Recognize deficiencies in existing marketing campaigns and develop practical solutions within the budget
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
- Develop a social media strategy using all relevant platforms to reach our target audience
- Organize conferences, trade shows, and major events
- Develop and plan content for key initiatives and campaigns
- Develop and advise on new content approaches for channels
- Ensure content is planned and scheduled in Adagrad’s social media management tool
- Plan and execute strategies for major brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist with management of social media advertising strategies for channel
- Evaluate social media marketing data and develop ROI strategy for key stakeholders




- Passionate about digital media, consumer engagement, and talent attraction.
- Outstanding written and oral communications, a generous aptitude to learn the organization’s pattern of communication and our client's motivation
- Be updated with the competitor’s social media channels and content flow
- Work on daily monitoring and engagement of the Adagrad’s accounts
- Connect with the brand and internal content approval and other teams as part of the process
- Publish content over social media and secondary channel
- Understanding the keywords and other SEO practices
- Experience working with website content management systems (WordPress, Adobe, etc.)
- Understanding of measurement and analytics of social media and website content
- Enable content creation & community management across EY social media channels
- Work with teams to implement and monitor social media campaign

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proficiency in online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Deep understanding of public relations
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Proficiency in working with metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Experience in coordination & stakeholder management
- Technologies and Tools
