Job Description
Oversees definition, design, verification, and documentation for IP/SoC (System on a Chip) development. Determines micro-architecture design, logic design, and system simulation. Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation. Performs Logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for SoCs. Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits. Performs all aspects of the SoC design flow from high level design to synthesis, meeting timing and power budget and helps the SD team in their activities of place and route, to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing. Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests working with the validation team, and evaluates results. May also review vendor capability to support development.Exposure to PCIe protocol and/or Ethernet protocol in addition to the exposure to the networking protocols across L2 to L5 is st rongly desired.Qualifications
You must possess a master's degree in electrical or Computer Engineering with at least 10 or more years of experience in related field or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 years of experience. Technical Expertise in simulation and synthesis tools preferred.Preferred Qualifications: Digital Design Experience, with High Speed (800+MHz), Low PowerTcl, Perl, Python scripting Strong verbal and written communication skillsInside this Business Group
