PM Competency Requirement -Design the sheetmetal body parts within the materials available
- Do the first level formability check
-positive understanding of the function, assembly, manufacturability, service requriement of the part.
- Create Bill of material and maintain the same in PLM
- Contribute in DFMEA/DFM activities
- contribute in VAVE, weight reduction, Innovista initiatives
- Contribute in productivity improvement
Software Competency 1.



Hands on experience in Catia V5 (sheet metal design related modules)
2. Hands on experience in PLM, BOM management
3. Experienced in MS office tools
Development Competency 1. Should Interact with SMTLs, VMTL-s, DMU team, PAT team, Manufacturing/service teams for issue resolution
2. Should follow all the processes set by the company
Managerial Competency 1. Must be a team player
2. Good communication skills
3. Constant learning apetite
