Ensure that Master Data are well implemented in the different systems (PLM, ERP, MES)

Support the implementation of new systems and their updates.

Mission & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Operation Management:

- Continuous monitoring & tracking of site activities and actual incurrence of investments with a view to avoid cost & time overruns while meeting expected quality level at Alstom standard.
- Analyse the data on site KPIs
- Drive the site transformation through key metrics
- Follow up with Metiers for action plan implementation
- Identify bottle-necks and propose solutions
- Anticipate risks and propose mitigation plans
- Initiate actions for site efficiency
- right leadership mindset to drive the positive change for transformation





Support the implementation of IS tools:

- Is the Key User for Industrial IS Tools
- Perform the tests before implementation or update
- Ensure the data migration and eventually pilot the data rework.
- Train the users.
- Participate to the M&T; network.
- Work as an interface between different métiers to secure on time execution of RAMP & SAMP actions.
- Lead in improving Gross Margin while mitigating the risk and identifying new potential saving.
- Risk Management: Co-ordinate with different stakeholders to identify project risk, criticality, impact analysis & mitigation actions to convert the potential risk into an opportunity. Standard template to be used.
- Saving Management: Drive saving sessions to ensure end to end execution- starting from ideation, evaluation & realization of saving to improve gross margin. Standard template to be used.
- Special Projects: To analyze project key issues, do cost-benefit analysis & prepare business cases which will be helpful for the top management to make decision for the benefit of the organization
- Presentation: Support Site Managing Director for Monthly/ Critical reviews. Responsible for preparation of Management Presentation for both external as well as internal stakeholders (Customer/Supplier).
- Dashboards : Build dashboards on excel and efficient, user friendly reports for analysis that links to strategic objectives and support on execution of the same.
- Team Support : Report project teams' issues and problems, working collaboratively with them, do analysis and come up with recommendations to support the project team to deliver measurable results.

Candidate requirements

Educational Requirements

- Technical education.
- English read, written, spoken.

Desired Knowledge / Experience





- Manufacturing Engineering background with 5 years’ experience preferably in the railway industry.
- Basic knowledge of Engineering design and Supply Chain
- Strong Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration management
- Familiar with IS common tools.
- IT literate with strong knowledge of MS Office
