Responsibilities
. Should have good knowledge and working experience in Quoting Process, preferably in IT Support industry.
. Knowledge on concepts like Pricing, Discounts, Gross Margin, Purchase Order
. Positive understanding on who is a Vendor, Seller, Buyer, Customer etc.
. Interact with the sales team through chat or calls through Microsoft Teams/WebEx
.
Provide email support (inbound/Outbound emails)
. Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams
