WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for a highly driven individual with a real passion for employee benefits and wellbeing. You'll be responsible for providing benefits and wellbeing support across the LAB offices (London, Amsterdam, Brussels). This is a very busy and fast paced role, so attention to detail and prioritization are a must!
You will work within the LAB HR benefits and wellbeing team and the role will include the following: .
- Have shared ownership of the benefits and wellbeing mailboxes for LAB - you will manage and maintain the inbox dealing with ad hoc queries and escalating to the correct team contact where necessary .
- Help support team members with monthly administrative processes including the payroll files and uploading data files to benefit providers so benefit enrolments can be processed on time .
- Responsible for updating team materials such as the benefits recruitment summaries .
- Monitor invoices from external suppliers and ensure they are sent promptly to the BCG accounts team for payment .
- Support team members with the monthly invoice reconciliation process and ensure that discrepancies are identified and resolved .
- Support and schedule regular wellbeing team check ins with wider group of employee volunteers
- Help with scheduling benefit events and webinars and support drafting communications to employees
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Very strong attention to detail
- Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced corporate culture, to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organization
- Discrete and confidential
- Resilient in dealing with routine tasks
- Strong administrative and organization skills
- Proficient at using excel and outlook
- Proactive 'can-do' attitude and taking the initiative to identify opportunities to support the team and improve ways of working
- Prioritizing and managing your workload
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- A graduation degree
- 2+ yrs of relevant work experience in a professional services or multi-national companies
- Experience of working in a fast-paced team - experience working with teams across multiple geographies is preferred
- Experience of working with a benefits platform (ideal but not essential)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
