What you will be doing:

- Responsible for taking leadership to meet, collaborate and initiate clinical trials at various healthcare facilities.
- Prepare documentation for seeking permission to initiate clinical trials.
- Responsible for managing the healthcare facilities' requirements, needs, and help needed.
- Delivers results that have a direct impact on the successful completion of the clinical program.
- Coordinates with PM and communicates to them progress and critical issues that may impair trial progress.
- Train and guide site staff in the protocol and trial procedures to minimize protocol deviations (PDs).
- Train site staff in safety information handling devices and systems.
- Monitor & review the process and maintain the database in an organized system.




- Identify potential risks/difficulties and proactively take action to prevent or mitigate them.
- Ensure collaboration with and deliverables from.
- Collection and management of essential documents
- Team involvement and participation in meetings.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Biomedical Engineer/Nursing /BAMS/BHMS or any relevant bachelor's degree
