Description
The Global Customer Platform (GCP) as a new platform that provides a common set of core customer data services consistent across products, customer journeys, and channels. The sub-domains within GCP include customer identity management, customer contact channels, customer preferences, customer relationships, customer classifications, customer LOB alignment, and the customer profile. We are modernizing aging mission-critical customer data infrastructure to enable bank to complete on data quality and agility. Our mission is to provide accurate and timely core customer information in support of firm wide product and service offerings in order to enable a consistent customer experience.
The Senior Project Manager within the Global Customer Platform Product team is responsible for driving critical cross-functional projects in support of designing, developing,



and implementing customer-centric data assets for use across the firm. The ideal candidate will efficiently coordinate a broad portfolio of projects and drive them to successful closure. The candidate will partner with the Customer Data Domain Lead and key stakeholders to define project scope and develop the business case. The candidate will also develop and manage project plans, create executive reporting, and manage stakeholder communications. The candidate must have the ability to partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the department to understand their needs and facilitate the design and development of robust data solutions that meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities include the following:

- Support the development of strategic roadmaps for the customer data domain that describe a sequence of projects to improve management and utility of the data for the business
- Assist in business case development and management of project financials
- Facilitate the navigation of IT Demand Management activities to ensure project activities stay on schedule
- Document and manage project planning activities
- Facilitate use case & requirements definition, design, testing, and implementation of new data assets and analytic capabilities that address specific business needs
- Actively coordinate planning and execution of business testing activities ensuring issues are raised and resolved quickly to minimize project timeline impacts
- Drive project execution




- Proactively seek to identify obstacles and collaborate with the team to identify solutions and alternatives
- Create executive reporting and presentations that communicate relevant and timely program and roadmap information
- Manage program and project stakeholder communications
- Create and organize project and program artifacts
- Take an active leadership role in the organization and help instill a customer-centric culture

Educational Requirement
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Master's degree preferred.
Required Skills

- Proven experience in delivering high-value technical projects
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management
- 3+ years of experience in agile and lean methodologies
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and gain credibility and respect of key partners both inside and outside of the organization
- Ability to lead and persuade others while positively influencing the outcome of team efforts
- Powerful communicator who engages colleagues, business partners, external stakeholders, and employees
- Must have ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and be counted on as an essential and fully vested partner

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Chase IT tools such as SNOW and Jira are a major plus
- Knowledge of the consumer lending lifecycle, including loan origination, sales/servicing, default management/loss mitigation
- Agile or scrum master training/certification
