Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with extensive experience in industry like of chemical, oil gas, thermal power plants, etc.

Job Description:

- Reporting to function head about status current work load as well as requirement of software, and behaviour.
- Motivate, guide and mentor team members while working on project to ensure on time activity.
- Control or Monitor communication while working with interdepartmental, client and Third party.
- Provide technical assistance to site team.
- Review of basic sizing of purchase equipment
- Review the layout drawings along with the equipment details like Load data, Tie-point information.
- Analyze the equipment control details as per material specifications process.
- Finalize Process flow diagram by incorporating the project requirements, inputs from vendors and from earlier projects and get consulted from clients
- Review to team on calculation of Heat Mass balance, Utility consumption. Requirement for flue gas treatment equipment s like Bag filter, Electrostatic Precipitator, desulphurization unit.
- Capable of understanding requirement for Boiler auxiliaries like cooling tower, Condenser, HEX, water treatment plant, ash handling system, fuel handling system, Burner system, hydraulic system, air and flue gas ducts, dampers.




- Participate in vendor due diligence and generation of survey record as per establish procedure through subordinate.
- Conduct kick-off meeting with vendors, explain the requirements in detail and capable to get document as per project requirements.

Skills:

- Knowledge of thermal/Piping or PID design
- Knowledge of flue gas treatment
- Knowledge of fuel ash material handling
- Knowledge of Vendor due diligence control
- Knowledge of Work planning through MS Project
