- Plan and manage the assembly of fabricated components, structures, and machinery.
- Interpret engineering drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and specifications for accurate assembly.
- Ensure proper alignment, fitting, welding, and bolting of parts as per design requirements.
- Hands-on experience in machine assembly and fitting processes.
- Coordinate with the Design, fabrication and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor and control manpower allocation, tools, and material usage in assembly.
- Supervise and execute the assembly of fabricated structures, frames, different types of Conveyors, Tanks, chimneys, and equipment.
- Maintain documentation of assembly checklists, inspection records, and daily progress reports.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for assembly defects or rework.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper usage of tools and lifting equipment.
- Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot assembly processes effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
- Familiarity with CAD software or production management tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a learning attitude.
- Valuable communication & observation skills.
