Role Overview:
Customer Service Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing and managing the customer service responsibilities within the company. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and supporting the customer service team in achieving their goals.
- Ocean and Air Import & Export Operations
- Close communication with Shipping Line / Airline for day to day executions for entire North / west india across multiple offices.
- Freight Forwarding & Customs Coordination
- Documentation & Compliance
- Customer & Vendor Management
- Team Handling & Operational Excellence
- Commercial / Pricing / Profitability Management.
Preferred Experience:
FCL / LCL / Air Freight Operations
Shipping Lines / Airlines Coordination
CHA & Overseas Agent Coordination
Freight ERP / MIS Reporting
