Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Business Development professional to spearhead growth in our **Corporate and Bulk Gifting vertical**. This is a hands-on sales role with additional responsibility in customizing gifting solutions. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who excels in independent field work, client acquisition, and creating tailored product & packaging propositions.

You will drive new business, close high-value deals, and play a key role in developing customised gifting concepts that align with client needs from fragrance curation to innovative packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, acquire, and manage corporate clients, HR teams, event organizers, and bulk buyers across India.

- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to convert opportunities into orders.

- Achieve and consistently exceed aggressive sales targets.

- Work closely with the co-founder to understand client requirements and create customized gifting propositions.

- Play a crucial role in product development and packaging solutions designing bespoke gift boxes, bundles, and premium packaging as per client briefs.

- Negotiate deals, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and ensure high client satisfaction.

- Provide market insights on gifting trends, competitor offerings, and packaging innovations.

- Handle travel-intensive fieldwork independently while maintaining strong documentation and follow-ups.

Requirements

Experience: 2 yrs minimum upto 10 years in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management (experience in gifting, luxury products, FMCG, or B2B sales is a strong advantage).





- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

- Desirable: Knowledge and hands-on experience in packaging solutions, gift curation, or product development for customized orders.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently with high levels of ownership and initiative.

- Willingness to travel extensively across regions.

- Creative mindset with a flair for conceptualizing unique gifting experiences.

- Go-getter attitude with a hunger for high earnings through performance.

What We Offer

- Compensation:*30000 to 50,000 per month (Fixed) + Lucrative Performance Incentives (Uncapped earning potential)

- Travel & Reimbursements: Full travelling allowance and expense reimbursements

- Flexible work arrangement (full-time preferred)
