Job Role:

Associate Lead the Business Excellence function by driving organizational performance, process excellence, digital transformation, governance, and continuous improvement across the Data Centre business. Enable strategic objectives through data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, risk management, and capability development. Quality Initiative

Key Accountability

1. Business Excellence & Governance

- Develop and implement Business Excellence framework aligned with organizational strategy.
- Establish governance mechanisms, performance reviews, and management review systems.
- Drive process maturity assessments and organizational improvement roadmaps.

2. Process & Operational Excellence

- Lead process optimization, standardization, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives with approved budget.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, waste, rework, and non-value-added activities.
- Ensure sustainability of improvements through effective controls and monitoring.

3. Performance Management & Analytics

- Define, monitor, and analyse KPIs across projects and functions.
- Drive MIS governance, dashboard automation, and performance reporting.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

4. Transformation & Change Management





- Lead cross-functional transformation programs and strategic improvement initiatives.
- Manage change adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Track and validate business advantages, productivity gains, and cost optimization.

5. Compliance, Risk & Audit Readiness

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, customer requirements, and management systems.
- Conduct audits, corrective action management, and continuous compliance improvement.
- Identify and mitigate operational, process, and governance risks.

6. Capability Building & Best Practices

- Build organizational capability in problem-solving, Lean, Six Sigma, and process management.
- Promote benchmarking, innovation, digitalization, and best-practice deployment.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

7. Budget Management

- Prepare and manage the annual Business Excellence budget, ensuring optimum utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor budget expenditure, track cost optimization initiatives, and report performance against approved budgets.

8. Quality initiatives

- Collaborate with the Quality function to drive Quality Management System (QMS) effectiveness, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of quality policies, SOPs, Project Quality Plans (PQPs), and business process standards.
- Support quality digitization initiatives, MIS reporting, Vendor pre-qualification, Factory Inspections, and data-driven quality decision-making.
