Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with business goals and enhance overall product usability, accessibility, and engagement.

Who you are:

- 23 years of experience designing complex digital products for web, mobile, enterprise SaaS, B2B platforms, industrial software, or similar problem spaces.
- Comfortable working on products spanning multiple industries rather than a single domain.
- Curious enough to understand unfamiliar domains before designing.
- Ability to translate complex workflows and UX decisions into intuitive, polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Confident creating wireframes before jumping into polished UI.
- Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions using rationale rather than preference.
- Exceptional UI craftsmanship with solid fundamentals in typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, grids, colour systems, accessibility, and component thinking.
- Ability to establish a visual language for new products, including layout principles, component patterns, interaction behaviours, micro-interactions, responsive behaviour, and scalable design systems.
- Comfortable working directly with engineers to understand technical constraints.
