Job Requirements

- Proven experience in instructional design, focusing on adult learning principles and instructional technologies.
- Robust understanding of employment firm operations and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and other e-learning development software.
- Ability to analyze data from training evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Experience working with diverse audiences, including those with varying learning abilities and cultural backgrounds.
