Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Associate who can efficiently handle customer communication, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth order and query management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, professional email etiquette, and strong coordination abilities.

Freshers with good communication skills and learning ability are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, logistics, and production teams
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details
- Provide updates regarding quotations, samples, orders, dispatch, and deliveries




- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required
- Prepare reports, order updates, and follow-up documentation
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Support the sales team in daily coordination activities
- Ensure timely response and smooth communication with customers

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good email drafting and professional communication
- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities
- Customer handling and relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving approach
