About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager with experience in Hospitality, ERP, and E-commerce domains to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and successful product delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Sales, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, product reviews, and release planning.
- Define and track product KPIs, customer adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
- Work with enterprise clients to understand operational workflows and recommend product enhancements.
- Leverage AI and data-driven insights to improve customer experience, automation, and business efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

Product Management

- 10+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Products.
- Strong experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, Miro, or similar.

Domain Expertise

- Hospitality Management Systems (Hotel Operations,



Booking Engines, PMS, POS, Guest Experience Platforms).
- ERP Solutions (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HRMS).
- E-commerce Platforms (B2B/B2C Commerce, Marketplace, OMS, PIM, CRM, Payment Integrations).

Business & Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud-based applications, and microservices architecture.
- Experience in requirement gathering, wireframing, workflow creation, and process mapping.
- Ability to interpret data and create actionable product strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

AI & Emerging Technology Experience (Preferred)

- Understanding of AI/ML-powered business applications.
- Experience working with Generative AI, Chatbots, Recommendation Engines, Predictive Analytics, or Process Automation solutions.
- Ability to identify AI use cases that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or Product Management Certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with global clients across US, Europe, Middle East, or APAC regions.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building innovative products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced product-driven environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Hospitality ERP platforms, Commerce Platforms, or Enterprise SaaS products.
- Exposure to Product Analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience managing multi-product portfolios and cross-functional teams
