- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate memberships and convert enquiries into sales.
- Welcome and assist walk-in members and prospective customers with gym services, memberships, and facilities.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and resolving customer queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and membership data using CRM and Excel.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support daily front desk, administrative, and basic accounting activities while achieving sales and conversion targets.
- Work flexible shifts and contribute to a positive, energetic, and customer-focused gym workplace.
