Job Description HR Consultant ( Deployment Based job)

Role Summary / Scope of Work
The HR Consultant will analyze key HR-related challenges of client organizations, identify gaps, and design, implement, and sustain effective HR solutions. The role focuses on strengthening the client’s HR function across all dimensions while ensuring seamless HR operations, statutory compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Base Location: Ahmedabad or Bangalore
TRAVEL IS COMPULSORY – Consultants must be willing to travel and work from client locations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Diagnosis & Solution Implementation

- Assess client HR functions to identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas
- Design and implement HR solutions aligned with business needs
- Monitor effectiveness and sustainability of implemented solutions

HR Team Building & Capability Development

- Build or strengthen client HR teams
- Train and mentor HR team members on best practices and compliance
- Enable independent HR operations at client end

End-to-End HR Operations

- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Drive employee engagement initiatives




- Handle HR documentation, policies, and statutory compliance
- Design and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS)
- Coordinate attendance, payroll inputs, and daily HR operations

Employee Experience & Stakeholder Support

- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to employees and management
- Proactively address employee queries and grievances

Process Standardization & Governance

- Create HR SOPs, templates, and workflows
- Ensure consistent and compliant HR practices
- Monitor adherence and recommend improvements

Who Can Apply

- MBA graduates with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / HR Consulting
- Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment and HR processes
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior client-facing or consulting experience is an added advantageRole & responsibilities
