Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive with experience in the Civil, Infrastructure, or Construction industry to manage the complete tendering process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender preparation, bid submission, documentation, estimation coordination, and compliance while ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end tendering and bid submission process.
- Review tender documents, BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for bid preparation.
- Prepare technical, commercial, and compliance documents.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders through Government/Private portals.
- Maintain tender records and monitor bid status.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, contracts, and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors during the bidding process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.




- 2 years+ of tendering experience in Civil/Infrastructure/Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation, BOQ, estimation coordination, and procurement processes.
- Experience with Government and Private tenders (GEM, CPPP, nProcure, etc. preferred).
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and tender portals.
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
