Role Overview: We are seeking a senior D365 F&O; Finance leader who combines deep, hands-on Finance domain mastery with the maturity to drive presales, client relationships, and team leadership. This is not a pure execution role you will own solutioning, delivery governance, and account growth across multiple concurrent engagements.

Experience & Educational Requirements

- 15-18 years total Finance/ERP career, including 9+ years hands-on D365 F&O; (or AX 2012 D365 F&O; transition) implementation and support
- Track record of leading multiple end-to-end (E2E) implementations, not just supporting them
- Demonstrated presales exposure solutioning, effort estimation,

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Certification (preferred)

Core Technical Expertise

- Expert command of GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets deep enough to architect, not just configure
- Solid grip on Inventory/Costing (FIFO/LIFO/Weighted Average), Posting Profiles
- Indian Localization: GST, E-invoicing, TDS
- DIXF/DMF for data migration and opening balances
- Exposure to Budgeting, PMA, Subscription Billing

Key Responsibilities

- Own client relationships at CXO/senior-stakeholder level across multiple accounts
- Lead presales — solution design, proposals, effort estimation for new opportunities
- Drive FDD/BRD authorship and Fit-Gap analysis at practice level
- Mentor and manage consulting teams; own resource planning and delivery quality
- Execute full lifecycle delivery — configuration, testing, L2/L3 troubleshooting
- Use Power Platform/BPA to modernize client reporting and workflows

- Proven ability to lead multi-client, multi-geography engagements simultaneously
- Executive-level communication — client workshops, stakeholder management
- Global consulting pedigree (Big 4 / Tier-1 SI / Microsoft Gold Partner background preferred)
