As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Role Overview

PwC is seeking SAP PP/QM professionals with 3-14 years of experience to join its SAP Consulting practice. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes, with experience across implementation, rollout, support, enhancement, and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP/QM solutions.
- Configure and support SAP PP processes including Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Production Execution.




- Configure and support SAP QM processes including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Audit Management, and Quality Control.
- Design and deliver end-to-end manufacturing and quality management solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications, support developments, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, EWM, PM, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder discussions, user training, and provide production support.
- Contribute to solution design, project delivery, process improvements, and client engagement activities.

Mandatory Skill sets

- Strong experience in SAP PP and/or QM configuration and business processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of MRP, Production Planning, Shop Floor Control, Production Execution, Quality Inspection, and Quality Notifications.
- Experience integrating PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, EWM, and FI/CO modules.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and project documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skill sets

- SAP S/4HANA and Fiori exposure.
- Experience in discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing environments.
- Experience in global rollouts and digital transformation programs.
