- Managing Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting of the Company.
- Ensure financial controls are in place and monitor the company's financial performance.
- Providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets & financial reports to the management.
- Responsible for Statutory / Taxation / Legal Audits of the company.
- Cash Flow Management.
- Liaising with the Government officials.
Skill required:
- Solid understanding of Accounts / Finance / Commercial / Taxation / Secretarial and Liaising.
- General Management experience is essential in managing the entire portfolio.
- Good interpersonal skills, including People Management Skills & Leadership Skills.
- Experience as a Manager, Accounts & Finance for a minimum of 5 years, and overall 10 plus years of experience.
