Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
- Deliver qualified responsibilities focusing on excellence and operational efficiency.
- Supervise less experienced professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments.
- Provide technical and non-technical customer support via phone, online chat, or text.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues promptly and professionally.
