Role & responsibilities:

- Prepare BOQs from approved drawings and specifications.
- Review consultant BOQs and perform quantity reconciliation.
- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Track project costs against approved budgets and monitor cost overruns.
- Prepare tender documents, analyze bids, and support commercial negotiations.
- Review contracts, prepare Letters of Award, and manage contract variations.
- Verify contractor measurements and certify RA Bills and final bills.
- Validate extra item claims and material reconciliation.
- Monitor package-wise expenditure and maintain cost reports and commitment registers.
- Recommend value engineering solutions for cost optimization.
- Track material consumption, wastage, and site quantities.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural & MEP Consultants, Procurement, Site Teams, Finance, and Contractors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports,



commercial dashboards, variation registers, and final cost forecasts.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage.
- 714 years of experience in Real Estate Construction.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, or Township projects.
- Robust expertise in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, Tendering, Contract Management, Billing, Cost Control, and Commercial Management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Advanced MS Excel, MS Project, ERP systems, and Primavera (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
