Position SAP FICO Lead Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to lead SAP Finance and Controlling initiatives across implementation, rollout, support, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, lead client engagements, drive solution design, and mentor functional teams while ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities • Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, upgrade,



and support projects.• Gather business requirements and design scalable SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.• Configure and support FI and CO modules in SAP S/4HANA.• Lead client workshops, solution discussions, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.• Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional guidance.• Manage project deliverables, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.• Drive process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.• 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.• Experience leading at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
