Responsibilities:
- Audit sales calls for quality and compliance.
- Identify performance gaps and provide feedback.
- Prepare audit reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Analyse call data and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Call Auditing or Quality Analysis.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical, communication, and listening skills.
- LMS/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
